Attachment : BOOKING CONDITION
1) The reservation is done by filling the "Rental Agreement" we send you after confirmation of availability. You must complete and sign.
2) You must return us the «Rental Agreement " signed with the deposit of 25% of the total amount of your booking.
3) Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you a confirmation email. At this time your vacation dates will be permanently enabled.
4) The balance of payment must be made one month prior to arrival. In case of cancellation of your holiday, the deposit will be refunded in any case beyond a period of 10 weeks prior to your stay.
5) You can take out cancellation insurance personally.
6) Weekly rentals are from Saturday 16h arrived at 10am the following Saturday departure. In case of late arrival, thank you to inform us.
7) A deposit check in the amount of € 150 will be required on arrival, to counter any possible damage, breakage ... caused inside or outside the house. It will be returned on departure after inventory of places. Do not hesitate to let us know of any problems encountered.
8) The maximum number of people for each of the deposits is specified in the description. It can in no case be more people. We reserve the right to ask for additional guests to leave. 19) Pets are not allowed except by prior agreement with the owner.
10) Pool security: it is fully fenced. However, children should always be accompanied by an adult.
11) The pool always available, it is beautiful 6mx13m dimensions and beaches makes sunbathing; it is shared with other families occupying our holiday.
12) We disclaim all responsibility in case of accident, so we advise you to liability insurance.
13) Price includes: Rental of fully equipped house, the water and electricity charges, the loan Cot and high chair on request;
14) The price does not include: local tourist tax of 0.55€ / day / person. Over 12 years, heating, and cleaning if necessary.
15) Payment: Cheques, Bank Transfer, Cash, Holiday vouchers.
